Alcohol blunts awareness, recovery, and discipline. I don’t drink, ever.
No Social Media Scrolling
Creation > Consumption
I use social media only for posting value — never for browsing feeds.
No Drama or Gossip
Focus > Noise
Interpersonal chaos kills deep work, so I stay clear of it.
No Oversleeping
Structure > Drift
Morning momentum sets the tone. I don’t sleep in.
No Junk Food Bingeing
Energy > Impulse
Clean fuel = clean thinking and better performance.
No Mindless Entertainment
Deliberate Leisure > Passive Dopamine
No bingewatching or doomscrolling — only intentional fun.
